Dashboard - allow for monthly view of data

As part of the interactive, be able ot use the dashboard for MI and showing Monthly data as well as the last 12 months'.

Describe the Challenge

I can see what months' are challenging, if any months' have higher turnover/absence. The ability to breakdown would allow us to see trends.
