The system already has the options of 0.5 and 0.25 days of sickness absence and therefore 0.75 is a logical addition. This option is of particular importance when an employee is on a phased return following an extended sickness absence, which is not an unusual situation in HR/People management. The lack of this option means that employee sickness records are not correct, which defeats the purpose of having an HRIS!
