Currently in the leaver wizard you have final employment date and final working day. Both these days could be before the payroll date and therefore if completing correctly they will be marked as a leaver and won't be able to access their p45 and final payslip.
| Describe the Challenge | Takes extra admin to put in a fake date to give them access and to then have to go back in to change to real date so that records are accurate after the event. This way its one action so the leaver date is linked to the payroll date or final date whichever is the last date. |
