it would be helpful , to be able to add our own mileage rate to the expenses tab, instead of having to add it every time we submit expenses.

Agreed. This is extremely annoying and time wasting for staff and admin. My former expenses provider was much easier in that it enabled fixed mileage rates, allowed expenses to be duplicated and automated monthly reports over to QuickBooks. I am beginning to wonder why I have left them to come over to this system as not as slick!
I agree, allowing us to input our options of 045p etc. would reduce the amount of times we get questions.
