Ensure any future development meets accessibility criteria. Some text/background colour combinations do not meet accessibility requirements and it is difficult for users to navigate the system if they are a keyboard only user i.e. don't use a mouse.

The existing PeopleHR main page should be improved to meet accessibility criteria. It makes no sense that only certain page/function has built in the accessibility especially you cannot reach or active the page without a mouse from the main page.
Agree, the visual contrast on PeopleHR is terrible and keyboard navigation is often impossible.
