PeopleHR Ideas Portal
When sending posts from PeopleHR, any external links automatically have a line of text warning the end user about it saying "This link will take you to PeopleHR News where you will be able to view this document".
This is added at the point of publishing and not shown in the HTML source.
Currently, this changes the format of emails sent.
This alert should not be added by default and should be a selectable addition. If an alert is required, please make this a banner at the bottom of the mailshot, allow the mailshot producer to preview the email or just give the end users the option of using the inbuilt link protection built into many corporate email systems, ie Google Workspace and Office 365.
