Add a new option to reports for the full name, to show the first and surnames in the same field.
This will be auto populated from the existing first/surname fields, rather than a field that is manually entered for each employee.
This will enable matching of data to other reports & systems which use the full name in one field, meaning that we no longer have to manually create a formula to add the data to the report each time.
