When completing logbooks on the mobile app it isn't allowing you to use more than 200 words. This is a real problem for us as so much is completed through the mobile app, as people's preferences more often that not is to use a mobile phone. You have a mobile phone app setup, therefore I feel being able to compete tasks on there is paramount. It certainly affects how we use the system and it would make a positive impact if we were able to have more character space through the mobile app.
| Describe the Challenge | Huge as so much is done through the mobile app - supervisions always require a lot of writing for examples and we can't do it. Staff completing necessary log book s like their development and learning, end up having to rewrite things and shorten what they want to say when actually what they want to say is important. |
