Can holiday requests (in authorisations) be linked/only show if other staff in team are off compared to just the actual request being considered?

When a manager goes to the authorisations and it should show if other staff in team are off, it is showing all holidays taken in previous month (not helpful when only really need to see if any clashes on that particular date of request).

Describe the Challenge Saves managers scrolling through lots of details to make relevant comparisons.

      We've improved the "Also on Leave" list during holiday authorisation to make your decision-making faster and clearer.

      What’s new?

      • Label Update: Renamed to "Also on Leave in This Period" for better clarity.

      • Filtered List: Now shows only employees with overlapping leave, removing unnecessary details.

      • Status Visibility: See leave statuses (Pending/Approved) at a glance.

      These updates also apply to manager email notifications for authorisations.

      Hello everyone,

      We’re looking for volunteers to be early adopters of an upcoming feature enhancement.

      The Holiday Authorisation form has been updated so that the "Also on Leave" list will now display only the team members with clashing dates, rather than showing individuals who are on leave 7 days before or after the clashing period.
      Also, we have explicitely displayed the authorisation status (Pending/Approved) within the Employees list

      This feature is planned for deployment to Production on Tuesday, 10 December. Initially, the change will be hidden behind a feature flag, allowing us to enable it selectively for interested customers. The flag could be turned ON/OFF at Organisation level.

      Subsequently, this will be turned ON for all customers.

      If your organisation would like to have this feature enabled for initial testing, please let me know.
