Apply work pattern to Maternity/Paternity Leave

It would be useful to be able to apply working patterns on maternity/paternity leave like we can do with other events such as unpaid leave. This would solve having weekends included for full time employees but also be helpful to reflect employees that work different working patterns to the norm.
