On the dashboard if there are any task to be completed there is a number showing as her the screenshot below, it prompts users to look at the task and action them. It would be great to have this for the Authorisations section as well. When line manager have a large team the odd holiday request email can easily be missed, a visual reminder on the dashboard would prompt them to check their outstanding authorisation request and respond to them.
