Ability to log phased return accurately

We cannot currently log where staff return from a period of absence on a phased return. The current whole day/half day/quarter day don't work correctly as we cannot input in exact hours. It also does not feed into the Bradford Factor correctly so the Bradford Factor can only ever be used with caution. Please can you remove the restriction so absence can be logged by hours and ensure that this still feeds into the Bradford Factor calculation?
