Dashboard absence figures to show separate rates for sickness

Hi,

On the dashboard it currently shows Short Absence but these are made up of annual leave and sickness absence. It would be beneficial to see at a glance the current percentage of sickness absence in the company then be able to compare it to other industry standards.
