When issues are identified following system maintenance/updates, it would be helpful if a communication can be sent or made available to the admins. Currently we identify an issue, undertake an investigation to understand what/when its happening, and raise a call for investigation.
This process could be improved and save time, and enable us to make an early identification of the impact. For example with a current issue, there is an error impacting the integration to an external payroll system, resulting in additional work at end of the month to ensure our employees are paid.
