Break in Service - Continuous Start Date

I have an employee returning to the Company after a break of 9 months. When reinstating his record it is using his previous continuous start date as service. There has been a significant break in service so I can't use the previous continuous start date. I now need to open a whole new record. By using thre previous continuous start date it has implementations on redundancy pay/notice due, right to company sick pay, right to paternity pay, right to annual leave extra service days. Serious implications in regards to pay.

Describe the Challenge Revised continuous service date if leaver comes back.

    Hello,

The Continue Service Date for an employee can now be amended when rehiring an employee without needing to remove previous Employee Planner entries or create a new record for the employee.
Thank you for your feedback and for helping us improve our application.

    Best Regards,
