Adding TOIL

Please can you make clear on the page where TOIL is added that it should be added in decimal hours and not in hours: minutes.

Describe the Challenge

There is currently nothing to indicate which basis should be used which is very confusing. If the employee's holiday entitlement is measured in hours, then there is an inconsistency - TOIL is added in decimal hours but TOIL is used in hours:minutes.
