Upload Video files bigger than 30mb

I was trying to save a video file to a employees file and it wouldn't upload as i will only accept up to 30mb. I needed to save the CCTV in his file as part of a disciplinary but i am unable to as its 100mb (this is a 40seconds clip) i cannot condense it anymore and i now have to save it elsewhere - this has made me create all employees files elsewhere and I don't use people HR as my primary location anymore
