Option to record absence in hours not days (currently uses half and quarter days)
| Describe the Challenge | Reporting in hours for absence would bring this in line with how we report holiday, other events etc. Currently as it does not use the hour format in the same way we are unable to produce comparable reports. |
I agree with this post, it is odd the rest of PHR records everything in hours but this is so restrictive and inconsistent.
