Can you add a direct link to My Access problem resolving on PeopleHR in or around the new Access button. I have to go into the old reporting first and answer questions before raising a case that I know will not be resolved despite a handy guide being given.

Thank you for your feedback on this. I wasn't in the PeopleHR team when this issue was raised but if I am correct this is now available when you click the below icon in the top.
