Not allowing employees to just log a task against there assignments

This needs to be implemented at some point as a company we need to know what employees are working on. If its a certain project or something as for R&D tax credits this is required and then funding for clinical trails as well.

Just something to bear in mind when looking at improvements to be made in the system.
