Automatically remove/replace leavers from approvers list on authorisation rules

When someone leaves, we would like the system to automatically remove them from the approvers list on authorisations rules.

Currently they remain on the list and we have to manually check leavers and update the authorisation rules.

Recently we have identified that the admin person who is set to receive system notifications was added to the authorisation rule when we had a leaver. We would like a notification to be sent to advise this has happened, so that it is picked up as a second check and the leaver can be removed/replaced. As currently any pending requests that had originally been sent prior to the approver leaver were not advised to the admin.
