Is their any chance we can enhance PHR to show the number of occasions sick as well as the number of days, also when we get past 12 months will the % /number of days revert to a rolling number of days over the last 12 months

On PHR it would be beneficial to have the number of occasions of absence and weather this rolls over after 12 months

By any chance has anyone found a solution for this out of the system as of yet? I am using Power Bi to analyse the data but even the way it exports is causing a nightmare.

Rollingsickness would be great and also to be able to run a query on Rolling sickness days

This would be great, the sickness % on the planner to be a rolling 12 months. We are having to do such a work around as it is not. I suspect most companies use the rolling 12 months to measure sickness not start date/financial year. Please PHR action this one :)

Agree, Also the ripple tags which display the number of sickness days only relates to the ones in that current year. I don't know of any organisation which doesn't use a rolling 12 months to measure sickness
