Mail merge tags being able to pull through Query Data

If a company has several qualification/training expiries, then the mail merge tags in the Ripple process will only be able tp pull information from the most recently logged logbook.

This means that a company who have several hundred different types of qualification/training would need to either create a Ripple per qualification/training. Or they would need to create generic Ripple process without the detail of the qualification/training in it. That means the manager would then need to go find the particular logbook in question.

With being able to MailMerge on query data, the type of qualification/training would be able to pull through into the Ripple email.
