Employees often buy extra holiday through salary sacrifice which means you have to add on to annual entitlement rather than a separate option to add extra holidays. It would be good to be able to add this to the holiday section like TOIL, as Additional Holidays and have a drop down menu for what they are for, i.e. purchased, incentive etc.
