Interactive Ripple to show on Employee Dashboard Merged

Currently, when an employee or manager logs into the system, they are brought to the Holiday balance screen. The balance is surrounded by white space, asking to be filled.

It would be great if this could be developed to look a little more like workspace, and have interactive ripples, outstanding documents etc. on the initial dashboard screen. Rather than having to click the Ripple icon at the bottom.

The main reason for this, it's a common error for employees to go to ME - RIPPLE to try and complete their interactive ripple. As this is just the audit, this cannot be done and causes issues and questions raised. If this is the first thing they see when logging in, this would eliminate this error.
