Could you please add the option to allow us to determine who we would like to counter sign particular document types (e.g. contracts)?
We would like to utilise the document templates through our business, but the only current options for document counter-signing is an employees 'manager' or 'additional reports to'. We would like the ability for some documents such as employee contracts to be counter-signed by another member of our team (e.g. director), without making them a manager of the employee as they would not want to deal with holiday requests etc.

Support this - all contracts are issued (signed) by the CEO - not by an employees manager.
This is important as often its our CEO or Head of People who signs documents not the managers
