Improve the planner view to easily see a summary of who is off, without having to click into each day and then click on 'overview'
This would benefit managers who are planning shifts / rotas. The sync with Outlook calendar function used to give a nice overview but the support team have advised this is no longer supported by Outlook.

It would be extremely helpful to have the option to filter the holidays ie see who is off for a specific week(s), months etc. This visibility is important for us, especially as we pay holidays in advance.
