Ability to remove the Copy From button from the ATS

When setting up new approval lines on the ATS, we need vacancy request to reach certain people within the business to sign off on the headcount/vacancy. When hiring managers have the ability to use the copy from button, this bypasses the new rules put in place for the approval lines.

It would be helpful to be able to turn the copy from function off in the admin settings so that this can no longer happen.
