We add personal email addressed for future new starters to aid our onboarding process and have setup a Ripple. However when we send company announcements these new starters also get the email. Sometimes the information may be sensitive or not applicable to them before they commence employment. It would be useful to have more options to select different groups of employees. A start date field would assist us to resolve this issue.
| Describe the Challenge | At the moment we have to remove the personal email addresses of future starters each time we send an announcement. We then have to add them back in afterwards, which is time consuming. It can also lead to data breaches with human errors. |
