I would appreciate if senior managers in People HR will look into this as soon as possible and find a solution to add third filed for attachments in ATS under mandatory fields 'Cover Letter' and 'Resume' when candidates apply for a role.
We have just realised why our candidates do not submit full attachments as required for various roles. It happens as the system allows only two mandatory fields to be used for attachments.
Can this be implemented asap? It affects our screening and recruitment process.
It is part of the recruitment and screening process and in line with the role requirements. Candidate might have been rejected as a result they were denied option to attach third document and to be fairly assessed for the role . The most interested and persuasive candidates contact HR and submit their outstanding files by emails. HR then has to take time to attach sensitive file into candidate profile and then delete this information from work inbox and deleted emails.
This needs to be corrected as soon as possible.
