Currently if you change from Hours to days for recording holidays it affects all past years. It also doesn't allow for setting if from a specific date.
This also impacts bank holidays included or not.
It can throw everything out and upset all past records and requires additional input.
Could it be made to action from a specific date and only change data from that date not all previous data?

Agreed. If someone changes from full time to part time within a holiday year, it updates the bank holiday rule for the entire year, and previous years. Then we have to manually calculate and add additional holiday allowances to make up for the bank holidays that are deducted incorrectly by the system. It's very complicated but even more complicated trying to explain this to an employee that has no understanding of HR or pro-rata holidays etc.
