When creating a performance review, there is only 'Job role' field. Job roles are job titles which are unique like there are two senior managers one can be head of screening and the other can be head of customer relations. Job level on the other hand are generic leadership levels like senior manager, manager etc. This review set up will be more effective if there is a 'Job Level' field as well so it will pick up all employees of the same level for a certain performance criteria as organisations typically have performance criteria by level like manager, senior manager. This will be a big value addition, and I am surprised it isnt already in the system. Happy to chat further.
