We think it would be beneficial to allow admin to limit annual leave on certain days. For example, our company closes at 1:00pm on Christmas Eve instead of the usual 5:00pm which means that only 0.5 days of annual leave needs to be used.
Because of this, HR have to manually go through each employee's planner to check if employees have booked it as a full day. It would be useful if we could limit this to remove the need for manual checking.

This would be a real time saving solution and would massively assist with employees ensuring they don't exceed the maximum 5 days carry over into the new calendar year.
