We are experiencing an issue with the ATS with regards to candidates equality monitoring information and declaration of criminal convictions. When the candidate uploads their application, this poses an information governance risk as the managers can view the full application which contains the Equality Monitoring Data. If we set questions, the managers can see this section as well.
Please can PeopleHR limit the accessibility of certain areas of the ATS from the hiring leads to avoid this issue.

you can add these questions and other in a way only HR or and Admin can see the answer. You need to select PRIVATE so only you or other managers can access the information
