Stop Holiday days from being adjusted when booking

We have staff with no working pattern set due to irregular hours. When booking holiday, it would be beneficial for staff to not be able to adjust the holiday, ie if 5 days holiday is booked, it can only be 5 days taken off the allowance, not reduced to 3 days off the allowance.
