There is no reporting capability in this new Product:- Please add reports to see:- all employees and the objectives they have set (date set, name, measure, progress, last check-in date, alignment to company goals etc)

Would like to bulk upload 360 reviews, comments and scores, via the upload tool, or via an API.

Currently our Managing Director does not have a "Manager" assigned to him and he is at the top level with all employees under him. This causes problems for sharing Performance Reviews as the only person they can "Share" their review with is "Admin".

My team has been commenting it would be useful in performance section that the text box fills the screen to read more easily.

On questions there is an option for TEXT or SLIDER, but Slider still comes with a text box, I know this is not mandatory to be filled in but can it be hidden, as for some users we just want the slider and no text box.

It would be used to be able to print a full draft of all the performance sections and questions from the Performance tab, before they are live or while still in draft, so that Admin can review/update/change questions as necessary on a year by year...
