Please implement a phase 3 integration between Paycircle and PeopleHR that would allow all data input in the employee planner in PeopleHR to feed to Paycircle for payroll calculations, i.e. absences; a/l, sickness, maternity, other events.
This absence type of data is the main part of monthly ongoing payroll and takes up a lot of time being manually input on both sides. If the systems did link then the workflow would be more efficient.
Our company purchased PeopleHR because we were told it fully integrated with Paycircle (our payroll software). After purchase, during training for the integration of the 2 systems, it has now come to light it does not fully integrate; only on basic employee data. Our company is very disappointed to find out the systems do not fully integrate as we were sold that.
