The current data export for the Employee Performance could be more useful for me as HR if it included some sort of reporting on Objective Status (such as the RAG) or against the Key Measures. As it stands, I will have to manually compile this information monthly, going into each persons objectives and measures to determine to report to the SLT monthly. The current "data export" dashboard view only shows when/if a review has been completed which is useful but goes short of being an effective dashboard.
I would also be useful for this view to be available to the managers themselves for their teams as this currently just sits with the admin.
