Employee Performance Fields made Mandatory

When setting up the Employee Performance App certain fields such as the First Check In Period Start Date needs to be set for every employee

Should this be unpopulated the system will not know to send out check-in reminders and cause issues.

A prompt should be added in to enforce the fields being populated, to avoid users/Administrators finding the system is not working due to a key component not being populated

Describe the Challenge Software setup not complete leading to issues later on
