Add share function to Evo Employee Performance

The new Evo Employee Performance module doesn't seem to have the same 'share' function that Performance in PeopleHR. This means that a team member can see a manager notes for a performance review before the review has been held. Could we have a function that enables both sides to decided when they're ready to share with the other party.
