Be able to remove the overview box for reviews

In the peopleHR performance tab (not performance module) you cannot remove the generic 'overview' comment box on any new review template you make.

This is ridiculous, we do not want an overview box that has no context, we only want questions where we can provide context and direction for our employees. This overview box needs to be able to be removed from reviews.
