It is not possible to re-order the review questions once the Performance review is saved

1. In the Performance reviews tab

2. Click Create a new review.

3. Set Launch date 01/01/2026 and click next step.

4. Enter 3 questions

   1. Q1, click Text box as the answer type and Save Question.

   2. Q2, click Text box as the answer type and Save Question.

   3. Q3, click Text box as the answer type and Save Question.

5. Drag to re-arrange (Drag to Re-arrange.mp4)

6. Click Finish to save.

7. Click on the three dots next to the line and click Edit

8. Note: it is not possible to re-arrange the questions (Cannot drag to re-arrange.mp4)

Changing the Launch date does not change the impact in any meaningful way
