I have access to both the Performance Module add on and the Performance Review within PeopleHR. It is utterly confusing which to use and neither are like the other.
I'd like to see:
A system where we can add headings, sub headings, additional paragraphs to explain review sections etc.
More response options - Likert scale, text options, varying sliding scales.
A much higher character count - currently 100 doesn't even fit a full, well worded sentence.
Draft save features.
Easier ways to sort Tags and Groups to assign reviews.
Being able to modify the Goals and Objectives area to suit our business.
Ability to preview the review as it will be seen by employee.
In the Performance Review within PeopleHR the help text is bigger and more prominent than the question - that makes no sense???
Similarly, the Logbooks are a great idea but so basic and uncustomisable which doesn't give a professional feel.
