We are proactively trying to create a culture of open, continuous feedback downwards and upwards. 1:1 meetings are held but word templates are created and saved as pdf's in the logbook. It would not only be a time saver if the portal had a dedicated 1:1 and feedback section, it would also encourage staff and managers to provide proactively plan and document discussion areas for 1:1 meetings and provide feedback via an interaction portal. If you can can have the option to create actions from said feedback, log improvements and progress this will help with both staff and manager's personal development and help keep both parties accountable. This will able be useful for performance reviews.
