Can we have some guides for ripples - Basic Processes
I feel why re-invent the wheel, is someone's already been there and done that!
This community should also be about sharing for those of us intellectually challenged!!

I am losing the will to live with this "the amazing workflow automation engine" - have spent the best part of 3 hours building queries and faffing with the linking then the next bit of subscribing - to set up a workflow that sends an email to congratulate staff on reaching length of service milestones, then the testing which is like the blind leading the blind - the test employee is there in the query but nothing in process. have asked digital assistant for the steps to build and now asking why not working and following it telling me the same thing 4 or 5 times and me saying i've checked each of the points and all is set up as should be, I still have workflows that are not working. absolutely painful with no end in sight. the guidance by peoplehr is useless at the best of times but this is beyond a joke
Creating ripples in PeopleHR feels unnecessarily difficult. The system doesn’t seem designed to make HR tasks easier, and instead adds extra steps to what should be straightforward processes.

Ripples are very hard to create and we find break constantly although it seems to be better of late.
