Provide an overall score based on sliding scale ratings

PeopleHR allows for sliding scale questions in performance reviews, but these do not calculate or summarise into an overall performance score. For organisations that use performance matrices to determine things like pay increases, this means manually tallying and averaging scores across questions. That defeats the point of using rating scales.
