New system does have some nice features however, there seems to be quite a few basic ones missing. In the old Performance feature on PHR, the employee fills out the review then the manager also fills out - they compare notes in the actual review meeting - the new review only has employee notes. Also there is no space for headings to add different sections, it is just a run of questions, Also only 100 characters for a question makes it quite difficult to add. The feature to only send out to people with certain length of service is missing which we used as we we send different reviews to new starters, and once you have the people the review is going to, you cannot exclude people from the list. We have gone back to the old system :(
