Despite being told otherwise, it has now been confirmed that the Additionally Reports to field in PeopleHR doesn't exist in Evo, so when the data from PeopleHR is sent to Evo for the Performance Module, the additional manager information is not sent.
I was told that if someone is down as an Additionally Reports to, they would see their performance profile in Indirect Reports. This is important for us as we have 2 large teams, both with Team Heads - while they are only line managers for a handful of their team, they do need to be able to see the objectives etc of others in their team, who they are listed as additionally reports to.
