Individual Performance Reviews

Currently you can add individual objectives, individual checkins but cannot perform individual performance reviews. A performance module should have FULL functionality and you should be able to carry out appraisals as a minimum for each individual, rather than limiting it to company or department performance reviews. You have a full performance module that is only allowing partial functionality for its purpose!!!

To also allow more granular permissions, ie;

  1. restrict access for employees so they cannot complete their own objectives.

  2. only allow managers to complete performance reviews.


Would also be a good idea, to have an option to create a "template" for performance review/appraisal that can be issued to all employee's but completed individually.

ie. we have a set of questions that apply to all, but needs to be completed individually as each employee has their own objectives.

    Completely agree, this is a major limitation of the system as it means that you also cannot test performance reviews in advance to check everything is running correctly.

    It should be possible to:

    1. Assign individual performance reviews (e.g. probationary reviews etc.)

    2. Test reviews before you release them to the whole company

    The performance review module needs an enormous amount of work to deliver value to our organisation.
