It would be useful if managers were notified when their team add, amended or completed objectives. It would also be helpful if team members were notified when their manager makes changes to their objectives

Automated reminders as goal deadlines approach—e.g., 1 month before, 2 weeks before, etc.
These updates would help both managers and employees stay aligned and engaged throughout the performance cycle.
This would improve transparency, encourage timely feedback, and support better goal tracking.
